Returns

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

After 7 days we're unable to accept a return.

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags still attached.

We can't accept items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Email curt@startupcode.net with your order number and we'll send return instructions and the return address.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns without instructions can't be processed.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we can't refund a return we don't receive.

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund the original payment method.

We issue the refund as soon as your return has been inspected. How long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email curt@startupcode.net and we'll replace it or refund you in full. This isn't limited to the 7-day window.
